Awaken Your True Potential: Meditation Workshop at Varun Arjun University

A workshop titled “Awaken Your True Potential through Meditation” was organized on 14 March 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mini Auditorium of Varun Arjun Medical College and Rohilkhand Hospital, under the aegis of Varun Arjun University in collaboration with Science of Spirituality. The programme aimed to create awareness about the importance of meditation in enhancing mental well-being, emotional balance, and overall personal development.
The session was conducted by Mrs. Seema Charla from Science of Spirituality, who delivered an engaging and insightful talk on the benefits of meditation in daily life. She explained the scientific and practical aspects of meditation and highlighted how regular practice can help improve concentration, reduce stress, and promote inner peace. Participants were also introduced to simple meditation techniques that can be incorporated into their daily routine for better mental clarity and emotional stability.
The workshop witnessed active participation from faculty members and students of the institution. Dr. Santhana Krishnan, Vice Principal of Varun Arjun Medical College and Rohilkhand Hospital, applauded the initiative and felicitated the speaker for the informative and inspiring session. Dr. Dharmender Gupta, Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology, along with other faculty members, also attended the programme.
The programme was appreciated by the leadership of Varun Arjun University, including Dr. Keshav Agarwal, Chancellor; Dr. Ashok Agarwal, Pro-Chancellor; Dr. Kiran Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor; and Dr. Lata Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Bareilly International University. Academic support for organizing the programme was extended by Dr. (Col.) R. N. Shukla, Dean and Principal of Varun Arjun Medical College and Rohilkhand Hospital.
The workshop was well received by the participants, who appreciated the opportunity to learn about meditation as a practical approach to managing stress and achieving inner balance. The programme concluded on a positive note, encouraging participants to incorporate meditation into their daily lives for holistic well-being and personal growth.
